Frame: Fabricated from solid steel plate with heavy cross ribbing for balanced stress distribution, eliminating deflection and vibration, increasing tool and machine life. Clutch: Made of EN8D/EN9 with a rolling key manufactured from EN24 material, heat-treated for long life and continuous stroke in mass production. Crank Shaft: Constructed from EN8D/EN9, precisely machined, grind finished, and fitted in bronzed bushes for smooth operation, accuracy, and extended life. Adjustable Stroke: Allows for versatile operations with short strokes for blanking and forming. Flywheel: Made of high-grade cast iron, designed to store and release energy efficiently, ensuring smooth running. Gears: Precision hobbing-generated gear teeth, made from steel cast or fabricated material for durability. Ram Slide: Manufactured from seasonal high-grade casting, ensuring friction-free travel and longer die life. Bed: Constructed from high-grade heavy-duty cast iron, properly seasoned and aligned for precise press operation. Lubrication: Oil cups and grease points provided; manual lubrication system for 50-ton and above, with an optional automatic system.
