Intensive Mixer are primarily designed for mixing green sand for Foundry application. However it finds various other applications like mixing of Abrasives, Ready-Mix plaster, Battery Paste, Ceramics, Fertilizers, Ore, and Food (with some modification) The mixer is the most important equipment of the green sand preparation System which is used to do proper homogeneous product mix of SAND - BENTONITE - COAL DUST - WATER & FINE DUST.
The design fulfills all the requirements for excellent sand quality which is essential for the consistent production of high quality castings. Further they offer technical advantages which are reflected in reduced sand preparation costs. To get accurate product-mix an automatic weigh-batch-hopper with water dozing unit is also available along with the mixer.
