A gas deck oven is a heavy-duty commercial baking oven commonly used in bakeries, pizzerias, and food production facilities for baking breads, pastries, pizzas, and other baked goods. It consists of multiple horizontal baking chambers called decks, each with its own insulated floor and gas burners located below the deck to produce heat. The gas flame heats both the cobblestone or refractory deck surface and the chamber above it, creating a stable and even baking environment.
